Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Holly Poppins & Co website. By placing an order through Holly Poppins & Co, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the Holly Poppins & Co Site Terms of Use, you should not purchase through this site. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the Holly Poppins & Co.

Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through Holly Poppins & Co, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via Holly Poppins & Co is an offer to purchase our products. Holly Poppins & Co may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason (e.g. invalid credit card details or address), decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Holly Poppins & Co until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Quantity Limitations

Holly Poppins & Co may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Holly Poppins & Co may reject any order, or any part of an order.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through Holly Poppins & Co, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Holly Poppins & Co will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid or invalid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colours

Holly Poppins & Co attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Holly Poppins & Co cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.

Pricing and Product Information

Holly Poppins & Co makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the Holly Poppins & Co website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Holly Poppins & Co 's products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Holly Poppins & Co 's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Holly Poppins & Co, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Holly Poppins & Co will issue a credit to your nominated account in the amount of the charge.

Security and Privacy

Holly Poppins & Co follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet. When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https". Holly Poppins & Co does not hold credit card information.

Payment and Shipment

You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards: Visa® and MasterCard® cards or Direct Transfer. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian time(+10), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed and shipped within 24 hours. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Holly Poppins & Co declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Holly Poppins & Co will process a refund. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, Holly Poppins & Co will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Holly Poppins & Co will issue a refund. Holly Poppins & Co does not hold credit card information.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges cost $8.95 anywhere else in Australia. Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. For delivery in Australia, in order to receive a product on the next 2-3 business days, you need to place your order before 6:00 pm ET. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. Some remote locations within Australia might take 3-6 business days, depending on destination.

Delays in transit or postage issues are not the responsibility of Holly Poppins & Co. Our shipping cost covers normal Australia Post postage. If you require express or registered post this can be arranged at an additional cost (dependant upon shipping address). We recommend the use of express and registered post as lost or delayed  parcels through regular Australia Post cannot be traced and will not be subject to replacement or refund.

Shipping to International Destinations (outside of Australia):

Holly Poppins & Co does not post internationally.

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Holly Poppins & Co wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied with what you've bought, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange less shipping costs. No question asked, as long as the item's is unused and in its original condition and still has the original tags it was shipped with.

Simply email us at julia@hollypoppins.com.au within 7 days from date of purchase and on receipt we will confirm with you that the item can be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you include your full name, purchase method, date of purchase and whether you would like to return or exchange.

Please be aware that all returns must be sent via traceable post. If Items are not received for any reason Holly Poppins & Co is not liable to refund for customers purchase.

Can I return a sale item?
